This is our first own aging rum. A blend of traditionnal rum and Grand Arôme, directly arrived from the Savanna Distillery and put right away in an amazing Sauternes cask from Château Massereau almost two years. The oak cask was not tightened by flame but with steam. Therefore the presence of woody notes are non-existent and give way to fruits, fruits, and more fruits. The olive is there, with a pinch of sweetness. Be careful, it's groovy!
